Before making your appointment with Arena Express Care, there are a few things you should know:

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY VISIT WITH ARENA EXPRESS CARE?

  • Bring a photo ID and insurance card

  • Identify a convenient pharmacy that you will use for picking up medications 

  • Gather any pertinent health information or vital records that may be necessary to help your physician during your visit

  • Bring a list of current medications and dosages

WHAT IS MY OUT OF POCKET COST TO BE SEEN AT ARENA EXPRESS CARE?

We currently accept the following insurances. Please check prior to your visit if you have a deductible , co-insurance and/or copay:

  • Aetna: Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)

  • Aetna: Open Choice PPO

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Blue Care Elect (PPO/EPO)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts: Preferred Blue

  • Cigna: Open Access Plus

  • United Healthcare: United Healthcare Choice Plus
