He is a Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and neck surgery and a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. He has special interest in Minimally invasive Rhinologic Surgery and Management of Upper airway obstruction and Sleep Disordered Breathing in Children and Adults.  He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed his residency training in Otolaryngology at University of Maryland.  Dr. Gulleth is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at Tufts University School of Medicine and Chief of Otolaryngology at St Elizabeth Medical Center of Boston. He assist in comprehensive collaborative effort to Arena Care as an expert in snoring and ear nose throat disorders .
